Rachel Sloane is a mother, artist, Creative Director and jewellery designer whose work is shaped by intention and longevity. She spends her days working closely with her team to create pieces that feel meaningful and considered.
For Rachel, jewellery carries emotional weight far beyond its material value. She’s drawn to how precious materials soften and evolve over time, absorbing experience as they pass through generations. “I feel so lucky to create these little works of art that we can wear and hold close,” she explains. The history of jewellery — its role in marking milestones and holding tradition — continues to shape her approach. “Designing it feels like a real privilege. I adore the shared journey with clients, the process of the artistry, and working with passionate craftspeople to create pieces that will live on.”
Recently, Rachel has been focusing on daily habits and rituals. “I’ve been very focused on understanding how small, consistent practices can create strong foundations for a solid mindset,” she says.
Lingerie holds a subtle but meaningful place in her wardrobe. “I love how lingerie makes me feel more beautiful,” Rachel shares. “The subtle detail feels really special, especially when I want to feel a little more feminine or elevated for evenings.” For her, it’s an understated, thoughtful layer that quietly builds confidence.

Her work has been described as the juncture between old and new with a pinch of playfulness. “I like to look back in time and learn about the artisans who came before us — understanding how jewellery was worn and valued,” Rachel says. That respect for history is balanced by a preference for clean, contemporary forms. Antique details are often paired with modern, sculptural silhouettes, allowing each piece to feel calm, refined and intentional. Hidden details remain central — subtle elements designed purely for the wearer.
Inspiration is found close to home. Nature is a constant reference point, alongside family history, personal archives and the creative energy of her team. The ocean, in particular, plays an ongoing role — both visually and emotionally — grounding her work and offering space for reflection.
