Shipping

Where does OHEN deliver?

Our online store delivers to Australia and New Zealand. Please contact our Customer Service Team at hello@shopohen.com if you have any additional questions.

Is the delivery of my order free?

OHEN offers free standard delivery on all orders over $200NZD. Please note that free shipping will be applied to your order at checkout.

How long will my delivery take?

Orders normally take between 2 - 4 days from the time you receive your tracking number. You can track your order here.

How can I find my size?

We have created Fit Studio - a dedicated space providing in-depth fit information as well as a bra calculator to help you find your size.

Can I be notified if when a sold out item is back in stock?

If the item you are looking for is not available in your size, you can sign up to be notified when the item becomes available again using the 'Notify Me' button on the product page. Once the item is back in stock you will get an email to let you know.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders placed on ohenunderwear.com may not be cancelled or changed. Please rest assured that you may always return your order once you receive it if you no longer wish to keep it.

Returns questions

What is your returns policy?

All products may be returned within 14 days from the delivery date. Items must in their original condition and packaging (not worn, with all stickers and tags attached).

Please note, returns can only be accepted using the OHEN box your order was delivered in, and with the returns label that was included in your order.

How do I make a return?

To return your order simply:

  1. Repack the items in the OHEN box and attach the returns label enclosed in your order,
  2. Visit www.nzpost.co.nz/tools/bookapickup/address to confirm your pick up, or
  3. Drop your package off at your nearest NZ Post store
  4. Email us at hello@shopohen.com with your order number 
Do I have to pay to make a return?

All returns are free of charge, please make sure to use the pre-paid return label provided in your parcel and pack it in the OHEN box your order came in.

How can I open an account?

Opening an account is easy. Simply click on Friends of OHEN in the menu, complete your name and email, and create a password.

What are the benefits of creating an account?

Creating an account enables you to be identified quickly when shopping on our website. But more importantly, with an account you earn points every time you shop, as well a birthday and anniversary points. Once you reach 500 points you'll receive a $25 voucher.

How do I reset my password

If you forget your password, click on the 'Forgot your password?' button on the account login page. You will receive an e-mail with a link to create a new one. If you have any issues, please contact us at hello@shopohen.com
