Meet Paige Corrin whose energy feels both sharp and effortless — someone who navigates PR with instinct, creativity, and a deep appreciation for the moments that make up everyday life.

Fresh from her first NZFW, she reflects on how the industry is shifting — and how she’s finding joy in projects that feel different, considered, and inspiring. Away from work, she leans into film as both study and escape, balances evenings of journaling with the comfort of a good TV show, and makes time for rituals that ground her — from slow walks to early-morning coffees in bed. 

Can you tell us a bit about yourself - what you do, what you love...

Professionally, I work in PR and it was a career path I didn’t explicitly choose or plan for, but I’m sooo grateful for all of the experiences that have shaped me so far. We just finished up a manic NZFW, working across 5 incredible presentations. NZFW felt different this year - and working with designers doing things uniquely (Harris Tapper, Jasmin Sparrow) was so inspiring. It was also my first NZFW and I absolutely loved every moment of it.

 

How do you wind down, reconnect, or reset?

I always need a good television show. Genre really is no issue, I just like to know I have something I can look forward to watching to round-off my day.

Screen time is typically balanced with journalling, but I don’t think I do it in the traditional sense…there’s no structure on the page, but I think that’s why I enjoy it so much.
