VALUES
Our values guide how we design, communicate and grow — shaping everything from the products we create to the community we build around them.
We know the fashion industry is responsible for significant carbon emissions, water pollution, and waste, with the textile industry alone responsible for 10% of global carbon emissions
Our commitment is to make the lowest impact choices we can wherever possible. This means thinking responsibly about how we design our range, what materials and packaging we use, how we manufacture, and who we partner with to do this.
Our values guide how we design, communicate and grow — shaping everything from the products we create to the community we build around them.
Our pieces are built on deep lingerie expertise. We work with specialists who bring more than 30 years of experience in lingerie design and construction, alongside suppliers and makers we’ve partnered with for over two decades. From fabric selection to fit and construction, every detail is carefully considered to create lingerie that is supportive, comfortable and made for real life.
Our brand has grown alongside the women who wear it. We stay closely connected to our community — listening, learning and evolving through an ongoing conversation about what women actually need from their lingerie. Through initiatives like our OHEN On series and collaborations with a wider circle of creatives, we celebrate the women around us and the ideas that shape our world.
Design sits at the centre of everything we do. Each piece is shaped by a strong point of view — where proportion, silhouette and detail work together to create lingerie that feels modern and self-assured. Every element is intentional, resulting in pieces that are as refined in appearance as they are precise in construction.
Using lower-impact materials and considered processes, we aim to reduce our environmental footprint wherever possible.
Our laces are made from 84-86% pre-consumer recycled nylon. The remaining 14-16% is made from synthetic elastane, also known as spandex.
Our lace is OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 and Global Recycled Standard (GRS) certified.
Lenzing™ Modal is a super soft, microbial fabric made with the pulp of beechwood trees.
Lenzing™ Modal is:
Our mesh composes 87% synthetic nylon and 13% elastane.
All our hardware is brushed gold alloy zinc.
Our strapping elastic is 78.4% nylon and 21.6% spandex.
Our supply partners are more than factories — they’re people we know by name, some for over 20 years. Every team we work with meets strict labour standards, combining skill, care, and experience to bring our designs to life.
At OHEN, we protect workers across our supply chain through our Supplier Code of Conduct, aligned with International Labour Organization guidelines. This covers issues including child and forced labour, freedom of association, collective bargaining, non-discrimination, gender equality, modern slavery, excessive working hours, and safe practices — with 100% of our suppliers required to comply.
Our main factory in Dongguan, China, is family-run and our design team have worked with them for 20 years. We visit regularly, know the team by name, and trust them completely to translate our designs into pieces that meet our exacting production and labour standards.
We design our packaging with care, striving to minimise plastic and make every component curbside recyclable wherever possible. Reducing waste and using thoughtful materials is a simple but important way we lower our environmental impact.
