Return & Exchanges
We offer free returns on all orders. You have 14 days from delivery of your order to contact us to initiate a return. Items must be in the same condition as when we sent it, unworn, with all tags and stickers attached.
To make the returns process easy, we have included an NZ Post Return Label with your order.
To return your order simply:
- Repack the items in the OHEN box and attach the returns label enclosed in your order,
- Go to www.nzpost.co.nz/tools/bookapickup/address to confirm your pick up, or
- Drop your package off at your nearest NZ Post store
- Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number
Once we receive your returned items we will contact you via email and process your refund or exchange.

This Returns Policy outlines our guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds to make your shopping experience as straightforward as possible.
2. Consumer Guarantees Act
As a New Zealand-based business, we comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. This Act provides you with specific guarantees regarding the quality and fitness for purpose of our products. If any product you receive from us is faulty, not as described, or does not meet these guarantees, you have the right to return it.
3. Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind about a purchase or are not completely satisfied with your order, we may offer returns or exchanges in our sole discretion, subject to the following conditions:
- You must return the item within 14 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging and tags.
- You may be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- A restocking fee may apply.
4. Returns for Faulty or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will provide the following options:
- A replacement of the product.
- A repair of the product.
- A full refund for the purchase price.
Please notify us of any issues with your product as soon as possible, and we will guide you through the return process. We may request photos or other evidence to assess the issue.

6. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
