What or who are you currently inspired by?
I'm inspired when I see people be unapologetically themselves. It’s contagious for me. Fills me up.
Also Thomas Lèlu's book, 'I have no idea what I'm doing out of bed' is my little morning pick me up.
How has your relationship with creativity/your creative outlet changed over time? Do you have a sense of what helps, or hinders it?
As life happened, time kept moving, and my family grew, I became more time poor and for a season there I felt like I lost all my creativity. When things get busy, it is hard to give yourself room to even step into your creative space.
I have learnt the importance of giving myself the grace to be in my creative flow. Which in return allows me to be a better mother to my 3 babies.
So grace. Give yourself the grace, self worth, and opportunity to step into all you are created to be.
When do you feel most confident?
When I'm walking in my true alignment.
When have you been the most brave, or the most proud of yourself?
When I chose to rise to the challenge of becoming a mother at 19 years young.
Where is your happy place?
With my husband and that first sip of a hot coffee in the morning
